Nurse Practitioner

Job Overview

The licensed nurse practitioner will act as a member of the Healthcare Team in the provision of health services, working collaboratively with patients and their caregivers. Duties will include recording patients' medical histories, performing physical exams, administering diagnostic tests, and creating patient care plans as well as administering treatment and observing patients' functioning over time.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program, and/or master’s degree in nursing (would consider bachelor’s degree and 5 years experience.) National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner and/or master’s degree (would consider bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience).
• Maintain an active RN & Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
• Minimum of three years experience in a clinic setting and must have the ability to work independently
