Organization Development Senior Specialist

The organizational development specialist’s role is to support and develop the growth and effectiveness of our hospital, working closely with leadership, managers, and employees to identify areas where the organization can improve, and they develop and implement strategies to facilitate that growth.

Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources Management or similar
• Lean Six Sigma Certification desired
• Demonstrated healthcare/hospital experience in change management and performance management including:
  • Project management
  • Organizational development
  • Leadership development
  • Process improvement.
