10+ years of facilitation experience in a corporate setting – Leadership Development facilitation essential.
Certifications (1-2) from international training companies (i.e. DDI / Vital Smarts / Dale Carnegie, Blanchard/ Achieve Global/ Korn Ferry etc.)
Virtual Classroom certification will be an added advantage from either DDI; Vital Smarts or any leading thought Leadership and Talent Management organizations.
Exposure to Corporate Instructional Design will be an advantage.
Experience of behavioural modeling using deliberate and skill practice methodology.
Deep expertise in developing leaders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to scale content to meet the needs of the level of the learner.
Expertise with adult learning theory and fitting delivery method to content.
History of building and fostering positive relationships, both internally and externally. Able to collaborate and partner with other subject matter experts and business leaders.
Proven ability to influence, educate, and gain support of senior leaders for leadership development, the role leaders play in developing other leaders, and the activities needed to support effective leadership development.
Can effectively cope with change and can shift gears comfortably. Willing to shift between strategy, design, and delivery. Does whatever is needed to get the job accomplished.
Highly effective in ambiguous environment and able to produce maximum results with little direction and guidance
